Hello! I’m Rachel Mess, creator of The Inclusive Design Company, where I help businesses create branding and websites that are easy to use, easy to understand, and work for everyone – regardless of ability, device, or situation.
After 5 years of freelancing as a web designer, I quickly realised how important (and how overlooked) accessibility still is in design, so I wanted to ensure my clients’ websites were as barrier-free as possible, and easy for everyone to use – without sacrificing personality, creativity, or fun. I firmly believe accessibility doesn’t need to be boring; it can (and should) look great and work brilliantly.
Through The Inclusive Design Company, I offer accessible branding support, Webflow website design and development, accessibility reviews, and hands-on workshops. I run workshops for in-house teams who want to make accessibility improvements themselves - whether that's learning the basics, or a tailored session focused on your specific marketing strategy.
