YMCA Bellshill & Mossend is a social enterprise and registered charity based in Bellshill. We describe ourselves as a business with a heart , running strong, practical business activity so we can reinvest directly into our community. This approach helps us stay sustainable, independent and focused on what matters most.
Our Services:
Y – Hang Out – for young people aged 8-16
Y – Act – Is a creative youth theatre programme that helps young people grow in confidence, communication and creativity through drama.
Our Time Women’s Group – Is open to all women over 18, and is a group led by women for women.
Y- Empower – Is a 12 month 1to1 support service for young people aged 8-17.
Y- Connect – Is a free 12-week sensory programme for parents, carers and children with additional nees – whether diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Y – Victory – Is our new Esports and Gaming programme for young people.

Our business activity includes after school care, room hire, events, and corporate sponsorship and advertising opportunities across our building and programmes. The income generated supports our wider community work, including youth work, childcare, women’s wellbeing activity and our foodbank. Working with local businesses allows us to create shared value, supporting the local economy while strengthening support for children, young people and families.
